As Rolyn’s Human Resources Manager, Dianne is responsible for all of the day-to-day transactional as well as strategic human resources operations for Rolyn’s corporate office as well as its field offices. With more than 20+ years in human resources, she offers extensive broad-based, hands-on generalist experience in diverse industries. She has expertise in designing and managing New Hire Onboarding, Wellness Programs, state and federal compliance, and day to day problem solving to support business growth while enhancing the employee experience. Dianne brought this expertise to Rolyn in the fall of 2018.
Originally from Rhode Island, Dianne graduated from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a management major. When not managing human resources, she enjoys socializing with friends, volunteering at church, spending time outdoors, dining out, seeing movies and plays, and walking and playing catch with her 25-pound cockapoo “Mad” Max.
