As Organizational Efficiency Manager, Harris is responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of our innovative industry leading systems, processes, and procedures. Working closely with leaders throughout the company, Harris leverages technological advantage to provide our clients, team members, and community stakeholders with the best possible experience.
Harris has overseen the successful implementation of many of the tools that keep our company running at maximum capacity including: new digitized documentation, internal mobile applications, major upgrades to our proprietary enterprise management software, standard operating procedures, and techniques for decontamination and protection. Additionally, Harris aids field teams on large or complicated projects with administrative and technical support.
Prior to joining Rolyn, Harris worked as a strategy, sustainability, and organizational development consultant for nonprofits and social enterprises where he helped large, complex organizations achieve their goals; he has also spent time working in the infection control industry. Harris earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Tampa and his Master of Sustainability Management from American University.
Harris is a voracious reader and serial hobbyist. When not with the Rolyn team, Harris can often be found enjoying the company of his family, exploring international cities, running, and gaming. Harris currently serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for The McLean School of Maryland.
Rolyn's PSA is a Priority Service Agreement that puts pricing, billing, and response logistics in place before services are needed. It allows you to make a decision about prices and capabilities before a disaster strikes, instead of in the chaotic midst of a disaster or emergency situation.
