Born and raised in Washington DC, Nathalie has been in the disaster restoration industry since 2006 and has experience in the residential, commercial, hospitality and healthcare industries. areas. She has IICRC certifications as a Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer and as a Journeyman Textile Cleaner. She also holds certifications in Applied Microbial Remediation and Water Damage Restoration. As Rolyn’s Senior Environmental Project Manager, she is an EPA licensed asbestos inspector, and an EPA Ahera project planner.
Nathalie holds healthcare specific training such as Healthcare in Construction, First Aid, CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogens. Nathalie has a comprehensive understanding in risk management approach to critical topics in health care construction, including: the health care planning, design, and construction process; Life Safety Code® compliance; construction risk assessment (including general risks and a special focus on infection risks); mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP); medical gas systems; medical technology; and project expectations. Her time as a Healthcare Supervisor with Rolyn’s Emergency Response Team has fully equipped Nathalie to address losses in hospitals, urgent cares, assisted living, research labs, and outpatient centers.
When she is not responding to disasters, she is enjoying time with her 2 daughters and 7 nieces and nephews. Nathalie likes cooking, hosting family events, baking, and watching DC sports. When it’s nice out, she plays in a DC co-op soccer team.
