Ronald Bergman and his wife, Lynne, founded Rolyn in 1979. In fact, the name of the company comes from the merging of their two names. Mr. Bergman currently serves as the Chairman. He brings decades of experience in supervising the reconstruction of damaged properties, estimating, appraising, and restoration of properties of all types. He has extensive experience in settlement negotiations and has served many times as an expert witness. In conjunction with his staff, Ron establishes successful company-wide systems and procedures for reporting, project controls, financial controls, and employee relations. Ron has a solid background in operations, construction, and sales, and clearly communicates the company’s status and direction to staff.
Mr. Bergman is on the Board of Directors for Tanager Holdings, LLC, a unique global company that enables the best sustainable building and resource efficiency technologies in the world to achieve scale and scope, and to play a crucial role in directly reducing the destructive effects of carbon dioxide and other noxious emissions into the atmosphere and oceans.
Giving back to the community is a large passion of Mr. Bergman. He and his wife Lynne have made several contributions to different charities in efforts to improve the lives of people affected by illness, raising awareness, advocating prevention, and supporting research.
Mr. Bergman graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Rolyn's PSA is a Priority Service Agreement that puts pricing, billing, and response logistics in place before services are needed. It allows you to make a decision about prices and capabilities before a disaster strikes, instead of in the chaotic midst of a disaster or emergency situation.
