As Regional Corporate Counsel, Scott oversees all aspects of Rolyn’s legal affairs which range from risk management, vendor and subcontractor vetting, to governmental and contractual compliance, licensing, and bidding processes.
Prior to joining Rolyn, Scott was employed by a law firm in Rockville, Maryland where his practice included civil litigation, contract review, commercial real estate, and labor and employment. Additionally, during this time, Scott served as outside local counsel for Rolyn. Prior to his time at the law firm, Scott was employed by Inova Health Systems where he worked with the General Counsel’s office on a wide array of matters spanning from contract review to bid proposals/reviews. Scott received his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University and his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
In his spare time Scott enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, playing golf, and watching his favorite sports team: the Washington Capitals. Scott is actively involved as a member of the Board of Directors for the Jewish Foundation for Group Homes.
